I made a purchase but haven’t received any update about my shipping. I’ve contacted your email but got no response. Very disappointing experience — I just want to know if my order is coming or not
The Rengoku rug is looks really good and it's soft! It's not made of yarn just so you know. But the shipping took forever! I had to wait for a month before the website said it was en route and then I got it a few days later.
So detailed and amazing quality I love the detail and it looks amazing ❤️

It’s exactly as pictured. I personally don’t use it to walk on, I use it as wall decoration and it’s perfect.
